Responsibilities - Sprint planning for several teams: assure that all high-level objectives are reflected in sprint plans, all tasks are correctly described and well-coordinated. - Time estimations: assist the teams to estimate their work, assure that the sprint goals are challenging but realistic. - Meetings: facilitating various meetings (set the objectives, prepare the required materials, set action points, and create summaries). - Provide internal quality assurance: set the standards that should be met, build the pipelines that enable the required level of quality, hands-on follow-up
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in the digital product development - Hands-on experience in managing everyday activities of in-house teams and external contributors - Familiarity with methodologies of Agile development (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application - True passion for the Games - A highly organized person with excellent skills in multitasking work, struggling with hundreds of emails and a tight meeting schedule - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Pure team player - Hebrew - professional proficiency - English - professional proficiency
Desired - Experience in the game development industry - Background in UX, 2D, or 3D art - Russian - fluent speaker
