We are looking for a smart, self-starter, and result-driven SDR Manager to lead the SDR team and help grow our sales pipeline. The SDR Manager is expected to be hands-on and demonstrate his/her ability to jump on calls and take opportunities while contributing to the team quota, supervising and elevating the team.
The SDR Manager reports to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities:
Team coaching & growth:
Provide onboarding and continuous training for the SDRs to help them meet their individual goals with daily side-by-side coaching, as well as call monitoring, call shadowing, role play, and performance reporting.
Optimize call scripts on a regular basis to achieve optimum results.
On-call coaching with SDRs to better their account approach, prospecting, and discovery efforts.
Help create a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work.
Hold the SDR team accountable to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
Strategy & Metrics
Develop the vision and strategy for the SDR team, establish metrics and qualification criteria and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance metrics.
Manage and distribute SDR leads; re-boot cold MQLs as per the defined process.
Build an accurate and high-quality sales pipeline by growing the customer outreach strategy, and working closely with the Sales department to optimize pipeline creation and efficient leads handoff.
Conduct lead nurturing and qualification activities leveraging existing outbound marketing, contact database, prospecting processes, and supporting collateral.
collaborate with the Marketing department to define our outbound and account-based marketing strategy and sequences, and align these with the SDR team goals.
Monitor and refine lead processes; continually optimize the lead scoring, qualification flows, and email cadences across all selling tools to improve rep productivity.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in managing a team and leading it towards achieving its goals.
2+ years in SDR or Inside Sales position in a B2B SaaS company, exceeding goals in quota-carrying prospecting and/or closing solutions sales roles.
Flawless English skills, both written and verbal.
Ready to work US Hours (3:30 pm - 00:00 am Israel time) Monday to Thursday.
Good knowledge of best practices and main metrics in SDR: activity metrics, increasing response rates, messaging and cadence, CRM reporting, etc.
Strong analytical abilities with a background in planning and managing through data.
Proven experience and passion for coaching, motivating, and growing the people you work with.
Prior experience working with Pipedrive, Salesforce, or another CRM tool
